1. Introduction

Welcome to Holden Farm. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our facilities.

2. Bookings

All bookings are made through our online booking system. A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

We are happy to refund 75% of your payment if given more than 30 days’ notice by email. 50% of your payment if you cancel your stay with us at least 15 days in advance. Any less than this and unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds.

4. Site Rules

All guests are expected to respect the campsite, its facilities, and other guests. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Campfires are only permitted in designated firepits.

5. Liability

Holden Farm accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property while on the campsite, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for supervising children at all times.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of managing bookings and communicating with our guests. We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law. For more information, please contact us directly.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
