Welcome to our independent family campsite in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, the perfect spot for all your outdoor adventures.
Our traditional campsite is set in beautiful fields surrounded by a working farm landscape. With excellent facilities, cosy firepits and an abundance of space for children to run around safely. At night, once you have pitched your tent, you can stargaze under the National Park dark skies and listen to the barn owls.

Camping Information
Firepit Camping Pitch
Grass field pitch with firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and keeping toastie warm.
Logs can be purchased from the cafe.
This pitch can happily accommodate up to 6 people in 2 large tents or several small tents.

Shepherd's Hut
Our shepherds hut has been on the farm for over 100 years and has been restored to a high standard.
This is not a luxury glamping experience, this is a simple solution to sleeping without a tent. All you need is your sleeping bag and your supper.
Perfect for those walking/cycling the South Downs Way!
Based on the kiwi ‘backcountry hut’ concept – the Hut includes two mattresses that fit tightly next to each other. With easy access to the campsite facilities. This is a simple stop for those on an adventure.

If you are walking or cycling the South Downs Way, King Alfreds Way or any other routes.

Booking Information
We have an online booking system, where you can check availability and book your pitch.
Each pitch will have a maximum of 6 people; under 5’s are not included in this number. If you would like to camp next to another family, they can book their pitch separately and when on site you will all camp together. We recommend that one family books a fire pit pitch and the other family books a standard pitch.
Depending on how busy we are, it may be possible to have day visitors. We must be informed of this in advance and there is a charge of £5 per person.

Can I make a booking over the phone?
All bookings for Holden Farm are online using our booking system.
For those arriving by foot or bicycle, please email camping@holdenfarm.co.uk
How do I check in and out?
Please check in at the onsite cafe. For late arrivals, please call.
No need to check out, we only ask you to leave the pitch as you found it.
Do you allow caravans?
No, we do not allow caravans or motorhomes. We are a grass field, without electric hookups.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
The field is very spacious and there is plenty of space for your cars next to your pitch.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are happy to refund 75% of your payment if given more than 30 days’ notice by email. 50% of your payment if you cancel your stay with us at least 15 days in advance. Any less than this and unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds.
*Many campers choose to take out Travel Insurance for the just in case situation.
What if I have a complaint?
Any disputes must be settled whilst on site. We value our great reputation at Holden Farm and always welcome feedback. We are unable to offer refunds or free stays once you have left site.

Do you accept large groups?
For group bookings, please contact camping@holdenfarm.co.uk. Please note, we strictly do not accept hen parties/stag do’s or groups of teenagers.
